The Caves Branch Archaeological Survey Project began as an outgrowth of the Belize Valley Reconnaissance (BVAR) project directed by Dr. Jaime Awe. All work done previous to the 2009 fieldseason is thus attributable to the BVAR project. We include it here as a resource for those wishing to learn more about archaeology in the Caves Branch River Valley.
